National Service Scheme

It an Indian government sponsored public service programme conducted by the Dept. of Youth Affairs and sports of the Government of India. It was launched in Gandhiji's centenary year 1969 aimed at developing student personality through community service. Its principle is to create a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation building. The motto of NSS is "Not Me, But You".

Vision and Goal:

  • Personality Development through Campus to Community
  • To help the students to adapt to social and cultural construct.

  • Organized Blood Donation Camp
  • Conducted Health Camp
  • Organized  Road Safety Rally
  • Cleanliness Campaign is done in the College and in the adopted villages

    Student Council:

    Under the University Acts, representative of the students are selected on merit basis for students council. The council plays an active role in various curricular and extracurricular programmes held throughout the year.
